Background
Francesca Jenkins is an associate attorney at Seeley Family Law Practice, APC. Ms. Jenkins handles a variety of family law issues, including divorce, child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, domestic violence matters, and complex litigation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Jenkins externed with a family law and business litigation firm, where she found her passion in family law. During law school, she also served as a judicial extern for a magistrate judge at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. Ms. Jenkins also enjoyed internships with the San Diego City Attorney’s Office in their civil division and at a business litigation firm.
Other Distinctions
During law school, Ms. Jenkins received numerous merit-based scholarships and awards. Ms. Jenkins received the Academic Excellence Award for four classes, in which she earned the top grade in the class. Pursuing her love for writing, Ms. Jenkins was proud to serve as the Executive Lead Articles Editor for California Western Law Review, where she led an editing team. Ms. Jenkins was on the Dean’s List during each trimester of law school and graduated in the top 4% of her class.
