Diana Passadori

Diana R. Passadori is a sharp, well-rounded, and experienced family law litigator and mediator. The State Bar of California has certified Ms. Passadori as a Family Law Specialist. She takes a practical and compassionate approach to each of her client’s legal matters. Settlement is always preferred, but Ms. Passadori simultaneously strategizes for trial to cover all bases.

She has practiced family law throughout the Bay Area since 2007 when she was admitted to the State Bar of California. Ms. Passadori has ample experience with a number of family law matters including asset valuation, characterization and division; reimbursement issues; child and spousal support, including arrears; child custody and visitation, including complex issues relating to substance abuse, other addiction issues, domestic violence, and special needs children; domestic violence restraining orders; attorney’s fees requests; and paternity lawsuits.

Ms. Passadori completed a 40-hour Mediation and Conflict Resolution Training with the Center for Understanding in Conflict. She is also trained as a Collaborative Divorce lawyer where the parties promise to stay out of court and build a team of trained professionals to work collaboratively to find resolutions.

Ms. Passadori earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University, School of Law in December 2006 and also received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Santa Clara University in 2003. She enjoys volunteering her time with organizations such as the S.F. Food Bank, Legal Aid, At the Crossroads (teen homeless center), and on the self-represented litigants court calendar in San Mateo and San Francisco.
